The website www.roipc.com is owned and operated by ROI Alliance Ltd [Company Number: 16147943]. By using this site and the coaching services offered, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services Offered
ROI Alliance provides coaching services, including but not limited to personal coaching, health and wellness coaching, career coaching, and relationsip coaching. All services can be conducted in person, virtually, or over the phone. All products have their individual consumer warranties in addition to a 14 day no quible ROI Alliance returns policy.
3. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to engage in coaching services. If you are under 18, you must have verifiable written consent from a parent or guardian.
4. Payment and Pricing
Pricing is bespoke dependant on the interactions (phone, video calls, in-person) you have with coach Paul. The initial discovery call is always free and can happen via phone, video call, and in-person based on your preference and geographical location. All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payment methods accepted currently include BACS transfer.

ROI Alliance commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information shared during the coaching process. Personal details, coaching conversations, and any other confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.
7. Disclaimer
Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. ROI Alliance is not licensed to diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions. By engaging in coaching, you agree that any decision or action taken based on the coaching sessions is your sole responsibility.
Whilst ROI Alliance aims to support you in achieving your goals, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Success in coaching depends on the client’s commitment and efforts.
8. Limitation of Liability
ROI Alliance’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific coaching session or service. Under no circumstances will ROI Allaince be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or coaching services.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of ROI Allaince and are protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission from ROI Alliance.
10. Termination
ROI Alliance reserves the right to terminate or suspend coaching services for any client who engages in inappropriate behaviour or violates these Terms and Conditions. Termination will not entitle the client to a refund.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
ROI Alliance reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately upon posting.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
