Welcome to ROI Personal Coaching. By accessing and using this website, the coaching services and products provided, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the site or engaging in any coaching services.
1. General Information
The website www.roipc.com is owned and operated by ROI Alliance Ltd [Company Number: 16147943]. By using this site and the coaching services offered, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services Offered
ROI Personal Coaching provides coaching services, including but not limited to personal coaching, health and wellness coaching, career coaching, and relationship coaching. All services can be conducted in person, virtually, or over the phone. All products have their individual consumer warranties in addition to a 14 day no quibble ROI Personal Coaching returns policy.
3. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to engage in coaching services. If you are under 18, you must have verifiable written consent from a parent or guardian.
4. Payment and Pricing
Pricing is bespoke dependant on the interactions (phone, video calls, in-person) you have with coach Patrick. The initial discovery call is always free and can happen via phone, video call, and in-person based on your preference and geographical location. All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payment methods accepted currently include BACS transfer.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Coaching sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.
- If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice or fail to reschedule within the required time frame, the session will be charged in full.
- Urgent cancellations will be considered on their own merits and are at the discretion of ROI Personal Coaching.
6. Confidentiality
ROI Personal Coaching commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information shared during the coaching process. Personal details, coaching conversations, and any other confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.
7. Disclaimer
Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. ROI Personal Coaching is not licensed to diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions. By engaging in coaching, you agree that any decision or action taken based on the coaching sessions is your sole responsibility.
Whilst ROI Personal Coaching aims to support you in achieving your goals, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Success in coaching depends on the client’s commitment and efforts.
8. Limitation of Liability
ROI Personal Coaching’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific coaching session or service. Under no circumstances will ROI Personal Coaching be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or coaching services.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of ROI Allaince and are protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission from ROI Personal Coaching.
10. Termination
ROI Personal Coaching reserves the right to terminate or suspend coaching services for any client who engages in inappropriate behaviour or violates these Terms and Conditions. Termination will not entitle the client to a refund.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
ROI Personal Coaching reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately upon posting.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
